For this campaign, we collaborated with real brand ambassadors to spotlight the often-unheard experiences of women and non-binary people with ADHD in the workplace. The stories shared were honest, raw, and deeply personal — but the campaign also celebrates the strengths and creativity that come with neurodiversity.
At its heart is a creative collaboration between a fashion brand, an illustrator, and the ambassadors themselves: together, they co-designed a work garment that reflects their identities and lived experiences.
Uplifting illustrations rooted in positivity and empowerment set the visual tone. A short documentary brings it all together — combining rich, cinematic visuals with a distinctive editing style designed to evoke both the ADHD experience and the creative journey behind the project.
