Power to the people with Bord Na Mona.
The ask: Reposition Bord Na Mona within people's hearts and minds as Ireland's climate action leader and celebrate the company's switch to sustainable energy production.
The answer: The key to this campaign is to recognise that most individuals play their part when it comes to reducing their carbon footprint but that there is a growing frustration around big companies not doing the same. So, instead of focusing entirely on Bord Na Mona's big switch, I decided to pay homage to the small changes made by individuals in their day to day lives. The result being a tongue-in-cheek and entertaining television commercial that pays tribute to the Irish people who try to live their lives more sustainability, one small change at a time.
